Meaningsbhramati v (bhramate), bhrāmyati, PPP bhrānta (q.v.) roam, wander, stroll; go through, perambulate (A); fly about, flutter; move round, rotate; stagger about, waver, go astray, be perplexed or mistaken. Caus. bhramayati & bhrāmayati (te) cause to roam etc., whirl round, swing, roll; cause to err, perplex, embarrass, confuse; PPP bhramita falsely taken for or confounded with (– ṃ)*. bambhramīti 1 & bambhraṃmyate wander about or through, the latter also w. pass. mg.
ud start up, rise. Caus. whirl around, swing, rouse, agitate, trouble, disturb. pari wander about, roam, turn round. Caus. move to and fro, shake, stir. pra roam, wander through, permeate. vi wander about or through, move to and fro (trans. & intrans.), stagger, tumble, waver, be perplexed or agitated. sam wander, rove, be perplexed or bewildered.
