sam come together, meet, encounter; go to, enter (A), pass from (Ab) to (L), go through or across, come near, walk along. Caus. cause to pass, transport, deliver; lead to (2A), cast upon (A of th. and L of pers.). anusam follow after (A), also = upasam step towards, come or pass to (A).
